Snyder Manufacturing is pleased to announce the promotion of John Kardos to New Business Development and Angie Schlabach to R&D Supervisor/ISO Manager. We also wish to extend a warm welcome to James Miller our new Sales Representative.
John Kardos- New Business Development
As a company we have aggressive sales goals for the next 5 years. In order to help achieve those goals John Kardos will move from Sales Representative to New Business Development. John will oversee Research and Development and all new product ideas. John will be researching new products and processes from Expos and customers, he will continue to handle all Government contracts along with Johnson Outdoors.
Angie Schlabach- R&D Supervisor/ISO Manager
We will be transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 by June 1st of this year. In order to meet this requirement, we have offered Angie the Position of ISO Manager. She has been an excellent Auditor, heavily involved in ISO, and very detail oriented. Angie will continue her current supervisor role in Research and Development, but will report to John Kardos in his new position.
James Miller- Sales Representative
We have hired James Miller as our new Sales Representative to take over John’s territory. James has 17 years’ experience in welding equipment in the industrial textiles industries. He has worked with a variety of applications including roofing, tents, inflatables, tarpaulins, geomembranes, awnings, filtrations, and tensioned fabric structures. James worked 17 years with Miller Weldmaster Corp and most recently at Graco Inc. He has an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing.
Congratulations to John, Angie, and James in their new roles. We have high expectations for 2018 and beyond.
