Full-time; 2nd shift; wage: $27.74/hr.; plus $2.00/hr. afternoon and midnight shift differential.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team
• Effectively communicate with employees
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment
• Preventative maintenance program
• Fabricate equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills

Required Skills/Abilities (Placement Test Require):
• Industrial electricity or formal training in industrial electricity
• Industrial mechanical aptitude
• NEC
• PLC
• Hydraulics

Preferred Skills But not Required:
• HVAC
• Automation
• Welding
• Fabrication
• Plumbing/Pipe fitting
• PLC Advanced
• Be willing and have the ability to learn any of the skills listed above.

Physical Requirements:
• Lift 50 pounds frequently
• Stand for prolong periods of time

Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical Trade School

Snyder Manufacturing is looking for an individual who wants to start a career in the Extruder I position and be part of a growing team! EEO M/F/V/H

Full-time; 2nd shift; wage: $26.02/hr; $2.00/hr afternoon and midnight shift differential

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Control film gauge and width to required specification
• Make heat, speed, and tension adjustments as needed to produce quality material
• Oversee extrusion operation and delegate duties as necessary
• Set-up of machine for production runs including die and roll changes
• Properly clean and maintain extrusion dies
• Effectively communicate with other extruder personnel and QC

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to accurately follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Operate a lift truck
• Read a tape measure
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements:
• Lift 50 pounds frequently

Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
