afternoon and midnight shift differential

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Follow formulations/recipes/M-orders
  • Mix adhesive and supply the laminator
  • Mix pigments and supply the coaters
  • Operate the slitter/breakdown machine
  • Effectively communicate with other departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Operate a lift truck
  • Read a tape measure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Take pride in your work

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 50 pounds frequently
  • Stand for prolong periods of time
  • 12 hour days and weekend overtime as needed

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive finished goods from production to be stored
  • Store incoming raw material in racks, record storage location
  • Issue raw material to production as requested
  • Return unused raw material to storage
  • Maintain good housekeeping
  • Must be able to understand and follow safe working practices
  • Inspect department equipment for safe working order
  • Report hazardous condition of equipment and request maintenance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Snyder Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Control Tech. who will be responsible for testing fabric to ensure it is within specification according to ISO.
Full-time; 2nd shift; starting wage: $22.00/hr; $2.00/hr shift differential; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Test Products according to Quality Control Process for all departments
  • Record all test results on QC Test Reports
  • Communicate if product is outside of the Product Specifications
  • Maintain retains and log
  • Test incoming raw materials
  • Create notice of rejection reports
  • Department quality audits
  • Root cause and CAR’s for customer communications or NOR’s
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years manufacturing experience
  • Familiar with ISO 9001

Snyder Manufacturing is looking for a qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. 
Part-time, 20hr./wk.; $18/hr.-$20/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable files
  • Cash receipts posting
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Mail out customer statements monthly
  • Review customer balances on a regular basis; follow up with overdue invoices for collections
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 year’s experience in cash receipts posting preferred
  • Completed Associate degree level courses in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin. or related field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency with excel required
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of trial balance and financial statements
